The view from the hotel was great, it was located in a beautiful area and the rooms were comfortable. the breakfast was good, and I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful.
The towels were rough and not very comfortable to use, which was disappointing. there was no possibility to dry my ski boots anywhere near the ski room, which made things difficult.

This hotel boasts a great location surrounded by nature, with a forest right in front and stunning mountain views. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is kind. the breakfast is good and there are some helpful facilities in the rooms.
The service could use some improvement, the walls are a bit thin, and noise from outside can be heard in the rooms at times.

Spent Christmas in the Dolomites and it was amazing. The hotel is located right in front of a forest with a soothing river sound. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and characteristic of the region. The staff was incredibly welcoming and patient with our children. The parking lot was perfect and we had an overall great experience.
The wifi didn't work at all, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it was challenging to program our days due to the humidity of the area, and the location was not one of the most desirable in town.
